Vision Madagascar (ViMa) est un groupe basé à Madagascar ayant pour vision : « Créer un nouveau Madagascar ». Implanté au cœur de l’océan Indien, son objectif est de contribuer au développement du pays à travers ses entreprises.
ViMa a vu le jour en 2000 sur l’initiative de son chairman, Zouzar Bouka. Constitué de sociétés œuvrant dans divers secteurs, le groupe exerce ses activités dans l’immobilier, la filière bois, les centres d’affaires, les services et achats et bien d’autres encore.
Le pôle immobilier joue actuellement le rôle le plus important, avec ses sociétés florissantes, à savoir ViMa Real Estate, les ViMa Business Centers et ViMa Majunga Hub.
Pionnier dans le concept de parc commercial à Madagascar, ViMa dispose d’un énorme portefeuille de locataires, composé d’ambassades, d’institutions internationales et de sociétés figurant au classement Fortune 500.

In 2012, VIMA Group acquired two new strategic sites in the west coast of Madagascar:
The first land is a property of 32 hectares with 60 000 m2 of buildings allocated for commercial and industrial activities, and the second acquisition is a land of 2.5 hectares dedicated for fishing industry with a factory, a laboratory and a refrigerated storage area (6 tons /day).
