Our Future Projects

REGUS

In November 2011, Vima will manage the concept of equipped offices à la carte proposed by Regus. This will be the first business center with international standards to open in Madagascar.
This concept will answer all requests for office rentals for short and medium term. An exceptional market that Vima Real Estate is pleased to have won.
As part of this project, Vima REAL ESTATE chose to involve two of the subsidiaries of the group and appointed the architects and the project manager.

Regus, in a nutshell ...

The Regus offer meets the needs of small businesses, large groups with small numbers of employees on the same site, or business travelers.

REAL ESTATE PROJECT

IN 2012, Vima REAL ESTATE aims to innovate the concept of luxurious apartment.
Located in the district of Ivandry, an upscale and growing district of Antananarivo, the complex will consist of 50 luxuriously high-standing apartments (penthouses) and will provide the best services available.
By working with two renowned architects, Iain Clavadetscher and Geneviève Brunet, this project wants to be an architectural landmark in Madagascar and even in the Indian Ocean.

Zoom on the architects:

Iain Clavadetscher – Architect of the CH Architects firm

"CH Architects is particularly motivated to work with Vima on this project and also to participate in the construction of a New Madagascar. The topography and brief on the cabin in Ivandry offers to both companies a tremendous opportunity to create a reference complex for the city of Tana and Madagascar. Our strong experience as an architectural firm allows us to work as a team to find adjusted solutions based on existing physical and historical data.

CH Architects provides Vima of qualified professionals with complementary skills: a technical team and experienced designers and consultants specialized in more complex projects.
The customer plays a major role, Vima will be involved at every stage: from the design / design to the choice of materials and colors."

Geneviève Brunet

French architect based in Madagascar for over 15 years, Genevieve Brunet has to her credit many achievements. The most famous and most notable is nothing other than the rail station Soarano (PK0). In 2009, the architect led the restoration of that historic building in the capital city and gave it a new life.

She also carried out the rehabilitation of the rail station of Andasibe, of 17 BNI agencies and 4 MCB agencies.

Geneviève Brunet is not only an architect; she has a passion for writing and has published two guides: Tana cultures 2000 and Tana cultures 2004, Dakar, the guide.
